Valley Boy Lights Installations LLC (“Valley Boy Lights”, “we”, “us”) installs holiday lighting. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how our text messages work.
Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone number, email, property address and project details when you request a quote, call, text or email us.
- Messages: the texts, calls and emails you exchange with us, so we can keep track of your project.
- Website use: basic information such as the page you arrived on, the site that referred you and campaign tags. We may use cookies and similar tools from analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) to understand how visitors find us.
How we use it
- To answer your quote request, measure your property and prepare your quote.
- To schedule and carry out installation, service visits and takedown.
- To send quotes, appointment reminders and service updates.
- To improve our website and our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
How we get your number. We collect your mobile number when you enter it on our quote form and check the box agreeing to receive texts from Valley Boy Lights, or when you text us first.
What we send. Messages about your quote and your service: quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, installation and takedown updates, and replies to your questions. Seasonal reminders or offers are sent only if you separately opt in to them on our quote form.
How often. Message frequency varies with your project, usually a few messages around your quote and each visit. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm and send nothing further unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at valleyboylights@gmail.com or (406) 272-6298.
We do not share your number. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your text-message opt-in and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only outside companies that handle your number are the service providers that deliver our texts for us (our phone and messaging platform and the wireless carriers), and only to send our messages.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our customer records system and our email and phone providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We keep customer records for as long as we work with you and as needed for our business records afterwards. Access is limited to the people who work on Valley Boy Lights and the providers above, and our website and systems use encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Email valleyboylights@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
